Review: Nerd Lacquer All of Time and Space!

Eeeeeee so excited to get six new Nerd Lacquers in the mail tonight!  I managed to snap a few quick pictures of them all before I headed out tonight, checkkkkk it! The problem when I got home though was WHICH DO IT DO FIRST?? They're all so pretty it was so hard.  In the end, the beautiful mint green with silver and fuchsia glitter polish All of Time and Space won because I honestly can't think of any other polish like it.

Application was decent but I had to use four coats to get to this level of opacity.  It's ok though, it dries quickly and is worth it to get the same look as the bottle.  I'm really happy though, the glitter was super easy to apply, didn't need to fish around to get an even distribution.

The Verdict:  I think this might just been my favourite "normal" Nerd Lacquer yet.  I super <3 Hyperspace Bypass but this one is so pretty, so lady like and reminds me of a garden in spring.  I think it's settled, Nerd Lacquers forever!

    That looks just as awesome on the nails as I thought it would. It's definitely in my top 5 NerdLacquer lemmings. ^_^ (I Think You Call Me...Sexy is #1. ;)

Review: Nicole by OPI A Million Sparkles is Accurately Named

It's amazing what you can find when you wander around at night.  My favourite time to go shopping is ridiculously late and I'm extra happy when it pays off.  I've been looking for Nicole by OPI A Million Sparkles for a while now at that couldn't be more up my alley if it tried.  I finally managed to find it in a Shoppers last night and it really does live up to its name. A Million Sparkles is a predominately blue glitter that has an amazing ability to look like a foil after a couple of coats.  Combine that with gold, silver and pink bar glitter and you have a winner.  It's seriously so sparkly I got distracted from what I was saying at lunch today.  Application is decent but you really need four coats to get completely opaque coverage.  That's ok, glitter dries fast.  It's a little rough too but nothing Seche Vite can't fix.  The Verdict:  Yay glitter! Review: Sephora X Outburst

As you can imagine, I was pretty excited when the new Sephora X polishes came out.  Not only were there a million of them, but I could go see them in person, circling the huge stand and singling out my prey.  I'm not the most happy that the good ones are FIFTEEN dollars each but what am I going to do, not buy any?? MOAR FLOWERS, NOW SPARKLY

Ok! So you may be feeling a sense of deja vu but WHO CARES SPARKLIES.  I actually did this flower mani before the neon one - I held the the neon glitter under my blacklight and there was no way I could not immediately apply it to my nails. Running The Sparkly Shop just continues to have perks...  And yes, I do have a blacklight bulb that handy.  Anyway, this glitter is just as amazing as the neon, it's RIDICULOUSLY sparkly.  Same thinness, nice and easy to work with.  Let's take a look, shall we?
