Ozotic Gradient with Hex Nail Jewelry Accents!

Guess what guys?  The ridiculous amount of Hex Nail Charms I ordered a while back arrived!  I've been seeing them all over the internet so of course I need them too.  I probably shouldn't have ordered ~25 of them but whatcha gunna do.  I needed something awesome to pair them with so why not a gradient with Ozotic holo polishes?  Unicorns need rainbows, it's the law.

Water Marbling with Color Club Halo Hues 2013!

Ever since I found the new Color Club Halo Hues 2013 collection at a nearby Winners, I keep using them but then being unable to fully capture how amazingly holographic they are.  This is the third time I've used the collection and the third time I'm actually angry at my photo setup for eating the rainbows.  This is why these pictures look weird; I was so desperate to get the holo going I shoved an ikea lamp sideways into my lightbox and it was still not that holo-y.  Just pretend there are twice the rainbows, k?

Like Nfu-Oh 61, application is a little bit tricky as the polish tends to drag around the cuticles.  I found though that if you do three thin coats and let it dry throughly between coats, you can get it nice and even.  Also, holos benefit from the "top coat sandwich".  As top coats tend to dull holos just a little, adding two coats, a coat of top coat then another coat of...
